What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing and growing a cold desk within the industrial recruitment sector

  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Taking job briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

  • Attending client meetings and site visits to develop deeper partnerships

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years' experience in industrial recruitment (temporary or permanent desks)

  • Proven ability to develop business and manage client accounts

  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Full UK driving license (preferred)
