The Role
As Industrial Sales Manager, you ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy:
  • Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers
  • Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers
  • Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
