Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resourcing Consultant for our Industrial team based at the Stretford office. You will source, interview and place candidates into Production/Warehouse roles, while building strong client relationships and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience in Manufacturing/Industrial recruitment.
• Full UK driving license with own vehicle.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to source and shortlist candidates weekly.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates for production and warehouse roles.
• Identify quality candidates through networking and job boards.
• Create candidate skill-coding database entries.
• Generate sales leads for consultants via candidate networking.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants on live vacancies.
• Match candidates to vacancies and submit shortlists.
• Ensure compliance administration for candidates.
• Visit clients and conduct candidate inductions with training.
• Help grow the business by innovative candidate sourcing.
