Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an IREF Service Sales Representative in Greater London to drive revenue by selling preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts for industrial refrigeration systems. You will leverage technical knowledge and strong sales skills to identify needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in Industrial Refrigeration.
• Knowledge of IREF systems and ammonia/refrigeration practices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Customer-focused with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored IREF service and maintenance solutions.
• Develop and present proposals for service contracts and preventive maintenance plans.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain client relationships with ongoing support and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance agreements.
• Track sales activities using CRM and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legislation, and competitive offerings.
