Job summary

WR HVAC in Ashford is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to service and maintain complex refrigeration systems across UK sites. You will diagnose faults, commission new equipment, and ensure compliance with F-Gas and health and safety standards. A strong knowledge of ammonia and CO₂ systems is essential, along with good communication with customers.

The role offers a clear progression path, ongoing manufacturer training, a company vehicle, and 25 days of leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia and CO₂.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Experience commissioning, servicing, and maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults across customer sites.
• Commission new industrial refrigeration equipment and support installation projects.
• Complete service reports and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensure all work follows F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
