Job Description:

The role involves:

• Completing planned maintenance to high standards to ensure equipment operation, safety, and minimal downtime.
• Maintaining up-to-date, clear, and concise maintenance records.
• Responding to emergency reactive calls effectively.
• Conducting site surveys as requested.
• Representing the company and adhering to its standards.

What you’ll be doing…

• Servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Performing minor and major services on large compressors.
• Following maintenance programs to ensure trouble-free operation.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
• Using parts effectively, including delivery, collection, and returns.
• Updating service records and keeping accurate timekeeping.
• Carrying out site/plant surveys as required.
• Completing and returning all paperwork on time.
• Supporting SME with absence coverage.
• Communicating with customers and internal teams about potential issues and solutions.
• Ensuring all logging requirements are met, such as ATAS, completion notes, and reports.
• Participating in out-of-hours standby rotations for 24/7 support.
• Working closely with the Projects team on new equipment installations.

• Following company policies and procedures, including People & Development, Fleet, and Stock.
• Using IT systems accurately and timely.
• Maintaining positive driving habits as per Fleet Management tools.
