Job summary

WR-HVAC in Ashford is seeking an experienced industrial refrigeration engineer to maintain, service and repair large-scale systems across UK sites. You will diagnose faults, commission new equipment and support ongoing projects with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Ideally you have strong knowledge of ammonia and CO2 refrigeration, excellent fault-finding skills and a background in installation, servicing and compliance paperwork. Valid work rights in the UK preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia and CO2.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Experience commissioning, servicing, and maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on industrial refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults across a variety of industrial customer sites
• Commission new industrial refrigeration equipment and support installation projects where required
• Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Provide a professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site personnel
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards
