Job Title: Industrial Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £28-32K + Commission + Benefits
Hours: Full-Time | Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for industrial roles: warehouse operatives, production staff, FLT drivers, pickers/packers, cleaners, etc.
  • Using job boards, social media, referrals, and local advertising to attract talent.
  • Conducting telephone interviews and initial candidate assessments.
  • Registering candidates, checking right-to-work documents, and updating compliance records.
  • Matching suitable candidates to live job vacancies quickly and accurately.
  • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs.
  • Maintaining regular contact with workers and managing availability.
  • Keeping systems up to date with candidate and job details.
What We're Looking For
  • Some experience in recruitment/resourcing, HR, admin, customer service or a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using systems, email, and phone.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude – someone who enjoys helping people find work.
  • Knowledge of industrial/logistics roles and working environments (a plus, not essential).
