We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Resourcer to join our client based in Brentwood, specialising in the Driving and Industrial sectors.Youll play a key role in sourcing high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent roles such as warehouse operatives, HGV drivers, forklift operators, and more.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Resourcer to join our client based in Brentwood, specialising in the Driving and Industrial sectors.Youll play a key role in sourcing high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent roles such as warehouse operatives, HGV drivers, forklift operators, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates for industrial and driving roles using job boards, social media, and databases

  • Conduct telephone interviews and arrange candidate registrations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance (RTW, licences, CPC, etc.)

  • Support consultants with shift cover, availability checks, and candidate management

  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and retention

  • Assist in advertising vacancies and responding to applications

Requirements:
  • Experience in a resourcing, admin, or recruitment support role (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Knowledge of driving/industrial sector roles and compliance is an advantage

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
