While recruitment always involves sales, this company prefers a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development, so a loud/noisy RahRah sales style would not be suitable.

You should be a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic, determined, and eager to take control of your career. This is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
