Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier talent for industrial and manufacturing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview processes
• Develop a deep understanding of industrial sector recruitment needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting within the temp sector
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in recruitment software and modern sourcing techniques
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
