Industrial Project Leader

What You'll Do:

1. Lead major projects including facility relocations, consolidations, and new site setups
2. Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, ops, R&D, marketing, HR & finance
3. Create roadmaps, budgets, timelines — and deliver on them
4. Oversee installation, commissioning, and transfer of production lines and equipment
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
6. Optimize industrial footprints and operational efficiency
7. Manage third-party vendors and drive stakeholder alignment

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years in industrial project management or manufacturing operations
2. Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
3. Proven experience with complex, multi-site industrial projects
4. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence
5. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
6. A proactive approach to risk management and cost control
7. Willingness to travel across the UK
