Bentley is offering an Industrial Placement opportunity based at our Crewe HQ, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will join a cohort of Early Careers trainees and gain exposure to strategy, transformation and business planning across multiple areas of the business.

Based in Crewe, you will support senior leaders, participate in masterclasses, and contribute to projects while developing insights from data and market trends. The role includes mentorship and access to development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• On track to achieve a 2:1 in Economics, Business Management, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

About the role:

As an Industrial Placement Student at Bentley, you will play a key part in Bentley’s journey to extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

Ggain exposure to a broad range of strategic, transformation and business planning activities. Through a structured development programme, you will support projects and initiatives across multiple areas, working alongside senior leaders and experienced professionals.

This unique placement offers an opportunity to understand how strategy is developed, translated into plans, and delivered across a global luxury automotive business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
• Collecting, analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making

About the Department:

The team brings together a diverse range of specialisms, including Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, Government Affairs, Sustainability, Transformation and Programme Delivery, providing insight and direction on the opportunities and challenges that will define the future of the luxury automotive industry.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Economics, Business Management, or Project Management

Skills required for the role:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidence working with data and generating insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team
