Bentley is seeking Industrial Placement Students to join our Crewe headquarters for a 12-month placement, starting August 16, 2027. You’ll work with the Department Leadership to deliver projects improving Quality, Cost, Delivery and People while aligning with Bentley’s strategy.
Based out of Crewe, you will engage in rotations across manufacturing processes, participate in masterclasses and development workshops, and gain exposure to Lean practices and project management within a luxury car
Formación
- On track to achieve a 2:1 in technical or business degree subjects.
- Evidence of working on technical projects or work experience within manufacturing is desirable.
- Experience with digital/software tools is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Define and support implementation of strategic initiatives within departments at all levels.
- Influence department stakeholders to improve performance across metrics.
- Assist in designing reports and a communication strategy for departments.
- Lead a project and support data analysis of key topics.
