Job summary

Holt Engineering Ltd in Poole is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a dedicated Paint Shop as part of an established manufacturing team. You will prepare and finish components to the highest standard and work within a close-knit production environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial spray processes, masking and prep, and reading engineering drawings. You will contribute to production schedules and maintain quality standards across projects for global customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial paint spraying processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings for masking and painting requirements.
• Knowledge of paint film thicknesses and gloss levels.

Responsibilities

• Apply primer and finish coats to high standards following process instructions and MTDS.
• Prepare components through masking, prepping and flattening.
• Read engineering drawings to understand painting and masking requirements.
• Follow MSDS and maintain safe working practices in hazardous environment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure highest quality.
• Maintain accurate paint mix records and time entries.
• Assist with spray booth maintenance and keep work areas clean.
