Shift Pattern: Rotating shift (4-week rotation between days and nights)

Compensation: £13.20/hour during days; 15% shift allowance for nights; massive overtime paid hourly

We are seeking a physically fit and experienced industrial paint sprayer to join a busy site manufacturing steering columns for vehicles.

This family-run business offers consistent work throughout the year, with regular weekend overtime paid (no banked time in lieu).

The standard hours are Monday to Friday, with a rotation shift switching every 4 weeks between (Apply online only) and (Apply online only).

This role provides job security and ample overtime opportunities.

Requirements: Proven industrial paint spraying experience and the ability to lift up to 25kg up to 600 times per day.
