Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our Birmingham team. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the site in Birmingham. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with pay indicated as £12.71 per hour.

The successful candidate will perform general cleaning duties, handle waste disposal, replenish supplies, and ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines. Prior cleaning experience and dependability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Deliver specialist cleaning processes for industrial jigs, furnishings, floorings and other surfaces/areas as requested by Supervisors, Team Leaders.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards.
