Job description

Blue Arrow is recruiting for Mobile Industrial Cleaners to clean leisure outlets across Bradford and the surrounding areas.

You will be working in pairs, sharing a company van, and working together.

Shifts: Vary from Monday – Thursday nights or Monday – Friday days, depending on work involved.

Pay: £14.50 per hour for working time, and £12.21 per hour for travelling time.

This role may involve working away from home occasionally. Hotels are paid for, and you will receive an additional £25 per shift.

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Main Purpose of Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, providing frontline support with Specialist & Industrial Cleaning tasks across Leisure clients.

Ideal Candidate: Organized, physically fit, with an eye for detail, ensuring duties are performed to high standards while adhering to procedures and H&S regulations.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Good written and verbal communication
• A positive work ethic

Preferred Qualifications: IPAF/PASMA (optional)

• Deliver high-standard cleaning services in hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors.

• Understand cleaning areas, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements.
• Perform carpet/upholstery cleaning, jet washing, window cleaning, and other duties.
• Maintain and operate equipment and vehicles properly.
• Follow health and safety laws and company policies.
• Use CAFM platform for job documentation, including images and notes.
• Attend meetings and promote team development.
• Complete relevant training and perform other duties as required.
