Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND location. Responsibilities

• Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
• Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
• Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM

• Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week. Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Pay:

• Base rate: $24-37/hr
• + 20% night premium
• + $4.00/hr weekend premium

Effective wage potential (base+weekend premium+OT): $32-48/hr

Qualifications

You are a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• A two-year technical degree or a comparable level of knowledge and skills acquired through relevant work experience
• Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation
