This is a nationwide traveling role.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulics/pneumatics. This position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our industrial equipment and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in industrial systems
  • Repair and maintain PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting
  • Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, and control circuits
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
  • Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work off-shifts and OT
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
