Qualifications

Maintenance Millwright – 2nd Shift (Full-Time) | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus



Location:Bristol, NH

Pay:$29.63 - $32.75 per hour

Shift:2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3PM-11PM

(Training on 1st Shift required for up to 12 week - Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM)

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Millwright on our 2nd shift team, you'll play a vital role in the upkeep and improvement of complex machinery and facility systems. After receiving thorough training on 1st shift (7am–3pm), you’ll work independently and collaboratively to:

    Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical production equipment.

  • \t

    Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.


    \t
    \t


  • \t

    Work with molding, trimming, assembly, and rubber mixing equipment.


    \t
    \t


  • \t

    Understand and repair PLC-controlled systems, sensors, switches, and wiring.


    \t
    \t


  • \t

    Follow strict safety protocols including OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

    \t


  • \t

    Support facility upgrades and ongoing improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For:

    Experience:Minimum 1 year in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.


    \t
    \t


  • \t

    Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical (single/three-phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electronic systems.

  • \t

    Education:High school diploma or equivalent.


    \t
    \t


  • \t

    Technical Abilities:Experience with PLCs and diagnostic tools is a plus.

  • \t

    Licensing:Valid driver's license required. May be asked to complete certifications like HAZWOPER or Confined Space.

    Mindset:Self-starter who can work independently and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment.
