Buildforce Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an £42m industrial & logistics scheme in Warrington.

You will lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating with the Senior PM, design, commercial and site teams to ensure outcomes on schedule and budget. The role requires proven PM experience on large industrial/logistics projects, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive progress in a fast-paced contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering industrial & logistics projects.
• Experience on large-scale projects £30m+.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery, programme and subcontractor management.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project forward.
