Job summary

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Jet Washing Operatives for our client based in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston. The role involves high-pressure jet washing, operating industrial pressure washers, and cleaning surfaces at construction sites. You must hold a valid CSCS card and a driving licence.

Previous jet washing or industrial cleaning experience is desirable. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, pay rate £14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with jet washing and industrial cleaning is desirable.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Capable of working as part of a team on busy construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-pressure jet washing and cleaning of construction sites.
• Operate industrial pressure washers and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove dirt, mud, cement, dust, debris and oil from surfaces.
• Clean plant, machinery, scaffolding, access areas and site equipment as required.
• Work safely in accordance with site health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Wear and maintain PPE at all times.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and work as part of a team.
• Maintain jet washing equipment and report defects promptly.
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe and presentable.
