Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking Industrial Factory Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including:- industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit as some tasks can be physically demanding, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Role - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm daily plus the option for overtime. If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning internal and external machines, which will involve brushing, mopping, jet washing, floor scrubber drier, confined space cleaning, high-level cleaning, and other specialist cleaning duties.
• Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills & Key requirements

• Experience with working to tight schedules.
• Physically fit as bending and heavy lifting are involved in some tasks.
• Capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• High-level deep cleaning (working at height), able to work in confined spaces.
• Must speak, write, and understand basic English due to signing sheets and reporting issues.
