Job summary

Haleon plc. invites applications for a 12-month industrial placement in London, starting 28th June 2027. You will work within the Global Equipment & Maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience across equipment systems, digital tools, and cross-functional projects.

You should be studying Mechanical, Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or Engineering Management, with a passion for innovation and collaboration with global teams. Eligible placement year required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Engineering Management).
• Creative problem-solving and collaboration with global teams.
• Year/Integrated Masters placement year in England/Scotland requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gain insights from subject matter experts and develop technical skills.
• Engage with emerging technologies and digital tools.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, IT, Technical, and Procurement teams to integrate equipment and digital solutions.
• Support analytics initiatives including data modelling and Power BI for projects.
• Assist in planning, execution and delivery of automation and digital engineering projects.
