Who We Are

We’re all about cutting-edge robotics and packaging tech, and we’re in the middle of a massive 54,000 sq. ft. expansion! Our new space will feature a Customer Experience Center, Robotics Manufacturing, Packaging Equipment Assembly, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Areas. We need a smart, driven Industrial Engineer to help us optimize the layout and make this space as efficient and ergonomic as possible.

What You’ll Do

1. Design & optimize manufacturing, assembly, and testing areas.
2. Map out material flow from receiving to final assembly.
3. Run time & motion studies to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes.
4. Evaluate ergonomics to make workstations safer and more comfortable.
5. Optimize storage & staging for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
6. Support capacity planning to ensure our facility can handle future growth.
7. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste & boost efficiency.
8. Collaborate on automation & robotics integration into the layout.
9. Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools to draft layouts.
10. Develop SOPs for material handling & workstation setup.

What We’re Looking For

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).
2. Familiarity with facility layout, ergonomics, lean manufacturing & process optimization.
3. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools (Bonus points, but not required!).
4. Analytical thinker who loves problem-solving.
5. Team player but also comfortable working solo.
6. Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly.
7. Experience with material flow, work design, or manufacturing processes (Awesome, but not a dealbreaker!).
