Contract Type: initially 6 Month rolling Contract

Hourly Rate: £29.15 PAYE or £39.00 Umbrella

What you'll be doing:

As an Industrial Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the industrialisation of serial programmes and design-to-cost projects. You'll work closely with global suppliers and cross-functional teams across engineering, tooling, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

Your role will include:

  • Leading industrialisation: Support supplier selection and manage the transition of work through robust business processes.
  • Solving real-time challenges: Tackle technical issues that disrupt plant operations or supply chains, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact.
  • Driving innovation: Collaborate on design and manufacturing changes, bringing your expertise to continuous product development.
  • Reducing costs: Identify and influence cost drivers to unlock savings and improve efficiency.
  • Connecting the dots: Integrate with wider business networks to manage risks and seize opportunities.
  • Championing improvement: Standardise and harmonise processes across suppliers, always with a focus on adding value.

Who you'll work with:

You'll be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering Team, acting as the main link between the plant and suppliers. You'll also work closely with procurement, design engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and success.
