Job summary

RecruitMe seeks an experienced Industrial Electrician for a permanent day-shift role in Sleaford. You will perform planned, preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment, supporting new line installations and continuous improvement projects.

The ideal candidate has Level 3 electrotechnical qualifications, 18th Edition, and strong fault-finding skills. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm position offering a stable, growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrotechnical qualification is required.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is required.
• Experience with electrical maintenance on production machinery.
• Strong fault-finding skills on production lines.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Experience wiring/assembling control panels from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across production machinery and facilities.
• Fault finding and breakdown response to production equipment.
• Install, commission and support new production lines and machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Build and complete control panels from electrical drawings.
• Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure machinery is safe before handover to production.
