Dynamite Recruitment is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our Projects Team in Hampshire. You will perform installation, wiring, termination and commissioning for critical power systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician in critical power environments.
• Proven ability to install, terminate, and commission electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, wiring, termination, and commissioning activities for critical power systems, ensuring works meet regulations.
• Identify, investigate, and rectify electrical and control issues throughout installation, commissioning, and live stages.
• Create detailed commissioning reports, inspection records, test certificates, and compliance paperwork.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely and to spec.
• Mentor apprentices and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and providing practical guidance.
• Deliver training sessions on safe operation of installed systems.

Salary: Up to £52,500 and OTE of £68K+

Location: Hampshire

The Industrial Electrician’s responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, wiring, termination, and commissioning activities for critical power systems, ensuring all works meet relevant regulations.


• Identify, investigate, and rectify electrical and control related issues throughout installation, commissioning, and live operational stages.


• Complete detailed technical documentation, including commissioning reports, inspection records, test certificates, and compliance paperwork.


• Collaborate closely with project managers, customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and to specification.


• Support the development of less experienced team members by mentoring apprentices and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and providing practical guidance.


• Deliver customer and internal training sessions covering the safe and effective operation of installed systems.
