Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday (37.5 hours/week)

Major Job Functions

• Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and related equipment/lighting
• Inspect and test electrical components, transformers, transfer switches, and switchgear
• Use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals for project completion
• Survey electrical systems, circuits, and plans
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools

Knowledge

Deep understanding and extensive experience in electrical work

Accountability

Work in industrial/commercial settings (not domestic), following BS 7671 (18th Edition) wiring regulations and NICEIC standards

Education and Experience

• CSCS Electrician grade/JIB card
• NVQ Level 3
• Test & inspection 2394/2395 (or 2391)
• Full UK driver’s license
• Experience in fire alarm and containment installation
