Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is hiring an Electrical Service Engineer for industrial installation work, primarily on-site in the Northampton area. The role involves installing MCB/MCCB boards, fault finding on electrical and lighting systems, and occasional travel to client sites.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities paid at time and a half or more. Ideal candidates will hold an Electrical NVQ Level 3 / AM2 and the 17th/18th Edition, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Electrical NVQ Level 3 / AM2 required.
• 17th / 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Install MCB and MCCB boards in industrial environments.
• Fault-finding on electrical and lighting systems.
• Occasional travel/overnight stays to support project work.
