Qualifications

• Dock levellers, dock shelters, and loading bay equipment experience including roller shutters and sectional doors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience identifying and recommending remedial on site.
• Installation experience.
• Electrical, welding, or hydraulic experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair industrial doors and loading bay equipment.
• Visit distribution centres and retail sites to perform work.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
