Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects from concept through to completion across the UK. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle, from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.

The role requires delivering projects in industrial, infrastructure or heavy engineering environments, strong commercial, planning and contract management skills, and a civil engineering background with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• You’ll have experience delivering construction projects within industrial, infrastructure, process or heavy engineering environments.
• You’ll lead teams, manage stakeholders and drive projects through every delivery stage.
• A construction-related degree or professional qualification is essential, with a civil engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee procurement, budgets, programmes and project reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
