Job Title: Industrial Painter

Salary: $22.75 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team, where discipline and rigor are our top priorities. The role involves performing tasks according to established procedures to uphold our high-quality standards.

Shift: Night shift only

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and mix paint according to procedures and specifications.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding.
3. Paint sections and perform touch-ups as needed.
4. Analyze environmental conditions such as weather, humidity, and dew point.
5. Complete quality and production documentation.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
