Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including:- industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Day Shift working 6am - 6pm on 4 on / 4 off basis- which will include weekends - so own transport is essential .

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area and will involve: jet washing, confined space cleaning and other specialist cleaning
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials, including Dry Ice Blaster, in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Operate shot blasting machines to clean and prepare surfaces of metal, iron, steel, non-cast parts and other materials.
• Waste management- collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.

Skills & Key Requirements

• Flexibility is a must as weekend work is included
• Good physical health is essential due to the nature of the tasks - bending, climbing and heavy lifting are involved in some tasks.
• Must speak/write and understand basic English due to signing sheets and reporting issues.
• Good detail to attention.
• Own Transport is essential
