Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an Industrial Cleaner for a well-established manufacturing site near Bexhill-on-Sea. The role focuses on cleaning production areas, machinery, and maintaining high housekeeping standards in a busy factory environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours, with a late shift 4:00pm to 1:00am, and an early finish on Fridays. Salary is £32,163.04 per annum with immediate start available. Own transport may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial cleaning, manufacturing, warehouse or production experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out industrial cleaning activities across production and manufacturing areas.
• Cleaning machinery, plant equipment and production lines to a high standard.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the site.
• Removing waste and ensuring designated areas remain clean, safe and organised.
• Supporting production teams by maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Following all health, safety and site hygiene procedures.
• Assisting with deep cleaning schedules and shutdown cleaning activities when required.
