Job summary

Winner Recruitment is recruiting for Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join a leading cleaning company. Operatives will work across retail sites nationwide, performing external and industrial cleaning tasks, including cleaning cladding, signage, guttering, pressure washing and high-level cleaning. The role also covers light grounds maintenance.

You will work in a two-person team, travel across the UK, often staying away from home, and cover unsociable hours with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance or outdoor work is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Clean external cladding, signage and guttering to professional standards.
• Pressure wash and perform high-level cleaning tasks.
• Clean warehouses and general industrial areas.
• Carry out light grounds maintenance including hedge trimming.
• Work safely at height with appropriate training provided.
• Travel to sites across the UK, often staying away from home.
• Work predominantly nights and early mornings.
• Maintain equipment and follow health and safety rules.
• Represent the company professionally on client sites.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a two-person team.

Salary:£30,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £32,000-£34,000) per annum + Van (Personal Use)

About the Role

We are an agency recruiting on behalf of a leading cleaning company seeking reliable and hardworkingIndustrial Cleaning Operativesto join their specialist team.

This role involves working across retail sites nationwide, carrying out a range of specialist external and industrial cleaning duties, including cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering, pressure washing, high-level cleaning and warehouse cleaning. The role will also involvelight grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep.

You will work as part of a two-person team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering to a professional standard
• Pressure washing and high-level cleaning
• Warehouse and general industrial cleaning
• Carrying out light grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep
• Working safely at height where required (full training provided if necessary)
• Travelling to sites across the UK, often staying away from home
• Working predominantly unsociable hours, including nights and early mornings
• Maintaining equipment and adhering to health & safety regulations
