Winner Recruitment is seeking Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join a specialist cleaning team across nationwide retail sites. The role includes cleaning external surfaces, high-level areas and warehouse spaces, with some light grounds maintenance and travel across the UK.

The position offers £30,000 base salary plus a quarterly bonus (OTE £32,000-£34,000) and a company van for personal use, with travel expenses covered when working away.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work unsociable hours regularly.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance, landscaping or outdoor/manual work is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean external cladding, signage and guttering to a professional standard.
• Carry out pressure washing and high-level cleaning.
• Clean warehouses and general industrial areas.
• Perform light grounds maintenance such as hedge trimming and outdoor upkeep.
• Travel to sites across the UK and stay away from home as required.
• Work predominantly nights and early mornings; adhere to health and safety regulations.

About the Role

We are an agency recruiting on behalf of a leading cleaning company seeking reliable and hardworkingIndustrial Cleaning Operativesto join their specialist team.

This role involves working across retail sites nationwide, carrying out a range of specialist external and industrial cleaning duties, including cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering, pressure washing, high-level cleaning and warehouse cleaning. The role will also involvelight grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep.

You will work as part of a two-person team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering to a professional standard
• Pressure washing and high-level cleaning
• Warehouse and general industrial cleaning
• Carrying out light grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep
• Working safely at height where required (full training provided if necessary)
• Travelling to sites across the UK, often staying away from home
• Working predominantly unsociable hours, including nights and early mornings
• Maintaining equipment and adhering to health & safety regulations
• Representing the company professionally on client sites
• Working effectively as part of a two-person team
