Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences offers an exciting 1-year industrial placement in applied chemistry, starting in August 2027. You will work alongside experienced scientists to develop inkjet formulations that meet customer and business needs, gaining insight into industrial R&D and building technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Must be studying towards a degree in Chemistry or a related science.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practice and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of scientists on formulation, testing and experimental work using established methods.
• Analyse and interpret experimental data with scientific rigour.
• Prepare clear reports and present findings at team meetings.
• Provide day-to-day support to the laboratory team and maintain a safe, well-kept environment.
• Follow company health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
