Job summary

Computer Futures / SThree Group is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated automation software platforms in the UK. You will stay hands-on while guiding teams and defining scalable architectural approaches that connect enterprise apps and automation systems.

The role requires C#/.NET, Python and Django expertise, with warehouse/intralogistics knowledge a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Architect with delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET and Python/Django.
• Experience designing REST APIs and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define software architecture for complex automation and integration projects.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable applications using C#/.NET, Python and Django.
• Establish architectural standards, design principles and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data models and technical designs.
• Lead reviews and mentor engineers throughout the SDLC.
