KWS UK Ltd. in Thriplow near Cambridge is offering a 15-month industrial placement starting July 2027. You will join our breeding station on a full-time basis (35h/week) and gain hands-on experience across crops while working with our team.

You must be studying for an agriculture or plant breeding degree, bring enthusiasm for agriculture, and be a flexible team player with a full driving licence. The programme includes a bespoke training plan and potential industry qualifications.

• Help you maximise your opportunity to learn and develop
• Provide a bespoke, extensive training programme, which may include industry qualifications such as NPTC Pesticide application courses.
• Train you in the use of a range of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Give you the opportunity to gain an insight into a successful plant breeding company

Your profile:

• Be studying for an agriculture/plant breeding related degree
• Have enthusiasm and interest in agriculture, preferably plant breeding
