Career Makers is seeking an Industrial Recruitment Consultant in Wigan to manage the full 360 recruitment process within warehouses, logistics and manufacturing, build strong client relationships, source and interview candidates, and ensure the right fit for fast-moving roles.

• Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients.
• Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards.
• Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes.
• Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team.
