Salary: c£40,000 - 45,000 bonus + benefits (negotiable - depending on experience)

They are now seeking an office-based Sales Manager to build, lead and develop the sales team to deliver the Strategic Business Plan objectives for the business.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager the purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day sales plan and growth of the business across its current and future customer-base. In this role, you will manage and oversee sales / commercial activities undertaken across the business, ensure KPIs for the sales department are met to ensure development and retention of key clients and be responsible for managing the budget for sales & business development activities in line with forecast. You'll manage staff performance, (including hiring, induction and training for the sales team), review their sales processes & procedures, develop and implement continuous improvement, build and maintain excellent customer relationships and, all in all, seek to continually grow turnover and gross profit ensuring Today Team deliver a world class customer service throughout.

Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in, sales, business development or a related field.
* They will need to see evidence of a proven track record of achievements relating to delivering profitable sales growth, and experience in leading and managing a team is a must.
* To be successful in the role you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and a self-starter who is confident and enthusiastic, highly resilient and good under pressure.
