As an Individual Needs Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support students with special educational needs within a classroom setting. This includes providing one-on-one assistance, helping with personal care needs, and implementing individual education plans. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment for all students.
A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths is required. Additional qualifications in special educational needs or relevant fields are desirable.
Prior experience working with individuals with special educational needs is essential.
This role involves working in a classroom environment within a school. It may require physical activity and providing personal care to students. Hours are scheduled during school term times.

Pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential to become permanent later.
