Job Title: Individual Inclusion Instructor

Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford TN27 0AX

Salary: GBP19,200.00 per annum

Hours: 21 hours per week, 3 days a week (Days to be agreed)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Start: September 2025

About the Role

The Individual Inclusion Instructor will lead and support the delivery of Individual Inclusive timetables for students both onsite and offsite, aiming to reintegrate students back into the class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Head: Wellbeing, Senco, and TEP Instructor to develop and deliver therapeutic, social, and educational aspects of Individual Inclusion Plans (IIP).
  • Assess students' progress toward goals, updating Evidence for Learning, SOLAR assessment framework, and student learning passports.
  • Work 1:1 with students onsite and offsite to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate individual inclusion plans.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings related to supported students (Annual Reviews, PEPs, CIC, Pupil Progress Meetings).
