Acorn Education, part of Outcomes First Group, is hiring an Individual Inclusion Instructor at Heath Farm School to support students with SEN. The role focuses on implementing Individual Inclusion Plans and ensuring students achieve their educational goals in a nurturing environment.

Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford TN27 0AX
Salary: GBP19,200.00 per annum
Hours: 21 hours per week, 3 days a week (Days to be agreed)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start: September 2025

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Individual Inclusion Instructor to join our close-knit team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.
The Individual Inclusion Instructor will lead on and support others in the delivery of Individual Inclusive timetables to individual students both onsite and offsite with the objective of reintegrating students back into the class.
