Job Title: Individual Inclusion Instructor

Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford TN27 0AX

Salary: GBP19,200.00 per annum

Hours: 21 hours per week, 3 days a week (Days to be agreed)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Start: September 2025

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Individual Inclusion Instructor to join our close-knit team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.

About the Role

The Individual Inclusion Instructor will lead on and support others in the delivery of Individual Inclusive timetables to individual students both onsite and offsite with the objective of reintegrating students back into the class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Deputy Head: Wellbeing, Senco and TEP Instructor to map out and deliver therapeutic, social and educational aspects of Individual Inclusion Plans (IIP).
  • Collaboratively lead in assessing students' progress toward set goals, including updating relevant parts of Evidence for Learning, SOLAR assessment framework, and student learning passports.
  • Work 1:1 with a variety of students both onsite and offsite to deliver bespoke and purposeful intervention.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate individual inclusion plans.
  • Attend and contribute to relevant meetings related to supported students (Annual Reviews, PEPs, CIC, and Pupil Progress Meetings).
