Salary and Hours: £25,600.00-£28,444.00 pro rata, per annum, 35 Hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Based: London/Hybrid

We’re recruiting for an Individual Giving Fundraiser who will contribute to the team’s strategic objectives through the successful project management of key direct marketing recruitment and loyalty campaigns. You will sit within an enthusiastic team of 15 fundraisers who raise approx. £11.3 million for Marie Curie each year.

What we are looking for :

• Experience of working in Individual Giving and/or Direct Marketing
• A good understanding of fundraising and the processes involved in launching Direct Marketing campaigns
• A strong communicator who can effectively manage relationships with a range of key stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage more than one campaign at a time
• Experience of budgeting and meeting income and expenditure targets
• Someone who is keen to develop their fundraising experience, hone their skills in campaign management and develop their skill set in strategy, planning and product management.

This is your opportunity to work within our Mass Fundraising Team as an Individual Giving Fundraiser within either our Appeals, Regular Giving or Prize Led team. Reporting into an Individual Giving Manager, your role will be to manage the delivery of key direct marketing campaigns that drive income for Marie Curie. You will work with key internal and external stakeholders to meet ensure that campaigns and/or marketing activity meet(s) agreed objectives and is delivered on time and on budget. You will manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate and complete financial records are kept. And you will also lead on weekly reporting, analysis performance metrics and tests results and making optimisations where needed.
