Mobility Global, the company behind CARFAX, automotiveMastermind, Market Scan, and Polk Automotive Solutions, is seeking an Indirect Tax Senior Analyst in London. You will review VAT, GST, and US tax returns across jurisdictions, maintain taxability rules in Vertex, and drive automation using AI tools.

The role requires at least 5 years in indirect tax within international operations and a strong tax/accounting foundation.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of indirect tax experience in an international environment.
• A professional tax or accounting qualification (ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA) is preferred but not required.
• A degree in a related discipline is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve VAT, GST, and US sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly submissions.
• Maintain and update taxability rules and tax determination logic in Vertex for accurate tax calculation.
• Develop macros and automation workflows, including AI tools, to standardise indirect tax processes.
• Support ERP testing and deployment, including Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Maintain global indirect tax calendar and registrations across jurisdictions.
• Respond to inquiries from business units and assist with audits as needed.
• Determine tax classifications for new product SKUs and ensure correct tax codes.
