Job description

We are working with a leading global organisation to find an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to join their highly regarded in-house tax team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional looking to take the next step in their career within an international environment. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will be instrumental in providing expert indirect tax advisory support while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic indirect tax advisory services to support business decision-making and international operations.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international indirect tax regulations, managing accurate and timely tax submissions.
• Identify and implement tax-efficient structures and process improvements to optimise the organisation’s indirect tax position.
• Advise on VAT implications for cross-border transactions and support the business with complex tax matters.
• Liaise with external advisors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and capitalise on planning opportunities.
• Oversee VAT reconciliations, review tax data, and address internal queries with a strong advisory focus.
• Develop and deliver internal training to enhance tax awareness and best practices across the business.

• Strong expertise in indirect tax – ideally across both advisory and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
