International Indirect Tax Manager

4 days a week in office with flexible start and finish times

Brewer Morris are working with a globally recognised name to support the hire of an experienced Indirect Tax professional to take on a global role spanning Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa and Asia.

This is a career-building opportunity for someone who enjoys variety: the role will start out with a strong compliance and process improvement focus (around 60%) - managing reporting, e-invoicing, audits and system enhancements - and over time will shift towards a more advisory and strategic remit.

Responsibilities:

* Lead indirect tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

* Improve processes and support major system projects (ERP, invoicing, ticketing).

* Manage audits and disputes, while ensuring compliance with changing regulations.

* Advise on transactions, new business initiatives, and expansions.

* Spot opportunities for efficiencies, savings and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

* Around 7+ years of indirect tax experience, ideally with global exposure.

* A mix of compliance and advisory skills, with the ambition to grow into a more advisory weighted role.

* Strong knowledge of tax legislation and comfort navigating multi-jurisdictional rules.

* Experience with systems implementation (ERP, invoicing) is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
